Rubber can be widely used in all fields of human activity. Based on traditions of 80 years in development of rubber industry in Latvia and recent achievements of science in the World, our company is the biggest manufacturer of rubber compounds and rubber technical products in the Baltic States. Company has great experience and possibilities for delivery of rubber compounds and rubber technical products to the European Union, the Commonwealth of Independent States ( CIS ).
Using of high-quality
raw materials,our specialists are developing new formulation and improve the current recipes for manufacture of rubber compounds in accordance with the various specific exploitation conditions, including the colour , in compliance with requirements of the European quality standards DIN, EN, SIS, as well as GOST and TU.
The company database contains a wide assortment of rubber compounds with more than 4,000 formulations, based on natural (NR) and various synthetic rubbers: styrene - butadiene rubber (SBR), chloroprene rubber(CR), nytrile rubber (NBR), ethylene -propylene rubber (EPDM), butadiene rubber (BR) and isoprene (IR). foto 5) for quality in testing facilities : Mooney viscometer Monsanto, Rheometer rheo TECH OD, Material testing machine (tensiometer), Hardness Tester Shore A and firm Zwick Abrasion Tester for testing of resistance to wear. Advanced equipped laboratory allows to guarantee of quality of our developments, serial rubber compounds and rubber technical products.
Company specialises also in manufacturing of rubber technical products by method of compression-moulding , injection and extrusion. Range of rubber technical products includes more than 600 articles for various fields of application: agriculture, railway and municipal transport, chemical industry, engineering industry and vehicle industry, construction and household. Long-term experience and technological equipment ensures production of large dimensional and rubber-metal products, rubber plates of size 600x600 mm with width from 2 to 40 mm. Qualified specialists of the company are able to solve all problems, which could arise in production of new types rubber technical parts and various configuration profiles.
The Company's strategic purposes are connected with application of new technologies, materials and equipment in manufacturing. We have developed formulation for rubber compound which is resistant to fire; has been begun production of
